Santa Rosa, CA – Carle, Mackie, Power & Ross LLP (“CMPR”) recently advised Vintner’s Inn, LLC and the Carano family in connection with the sale of the Vintners Resort, a local Sonoma County hotel on a vineyard estate, to the Jackson family through its strategic partnership with Ensemble Investments, LLC.

The CMPR team worked closely with two stalwart Sonoma County families to conclude a transaction involving an iconic Sonoma property that continues the commitment of both the Carano and Jackson families in elevating Sonoma County as a premier travel destination. We will watch with interest as the vision of the new ownership takes shape at the Vintners Resort in the coming years.
