Larry is a battle-tested commercial, employment, and intellectual property trial and appellate litigator and dispute resolution professional, experienced in counseling and advising clients and passionately advocating for them in federal and state courts, arbitrations and mediations.
Over more than three decades, Larry has developed a diverse practice covering a wide breadth of substantive areas, including complex commercial and contract issues; employment and anti-discrimination counseling, investigations, mediation and litigation; restrictive; covenants; copyright; trademark/unfair competition (including an appeal briefed and decided by the U.S. Supreme Court); trade secrets; patents; corporate ownership/management disputes; real estate; bankruptcy; and professional liability. He has been honored to represent individuals, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and Fortune 500 companies in diverse industries such as entertainment; hospitality; television and film production; architecture; technology and software; business process operations and data analytics; real estate and development; fitness; energy; customs and logistics; healthcare; pharmaceutical/medical; retail/apparel; financial services; and accounting.
