Adam is an associate practicing in the firm’s Transactional Group, with an emphasis on M&A and venture capital matters. He has handled a wide range of business transactions, including mergers, stock sales, asset sales, venture capital financings, bridge loans, and entity formations/dissolutions. Adam also has significant experience handling public company reporting and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Carle Mackie Power & Ross, Adam was an associate in the Private Equity/M&A group in the Silicon Valley office of international law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. He also has experience in the attorney recruiting industry.
