Paul is an attorney practicing in the firm’s Transactional Group with an emphasis on land development and real estate. Prior to joining CMPR, Paul was in-house counsel for a private real estate development firm where he was engaged in all areas of transactional real estate including the acquisition, disposition and development of vacant land, office buildings, apartment complexes, shopping centers, and other commercial, residential, and mixed use properties; the formation and representation of corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and other joint ventures; and representing commercial tenants and landlords in connection with office, retail, and other commercial leasing.
Paul began his legal career as a litigator with the law firm Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara representing developers, builders and contractors in construction litigation and property owners in premises liability actions.
